Almost Kings

Almost Kings, comprised of Atlanta music veterans, came into existence at the dawn of 2008. Vocalist/MC Bryan "Boze" Bozeman and guitarist/vocalist Ryan Yunker joined forces in what began as a rock/hip hop writing experiment and quickly became a bit more with the writing of the Kings' first song, "Legend". Bringing in drummer Kevin Compton and bassist/vocalist Danny Helms, the group began work on an entire album in Atlanta's Virtuo Studios, due out late summer 2008. The music fuses rock and hip-hop, but also mixes in elements of many other genres, including rap, punk, metal, and more. This became a mission of the Kings: to complete as much of the musical spectrum as they could on one single album, and to give the PEOPLE something different to listen to, as well as something meaningful. Although being extremely young on the scene, Almost Kings has already attracted some major attention and is continuing to turn heads. The amount of page views and plays on the band's myspace page speaks for itself. Bozeman, Compton, and Helms have toured the United States countless times, supporting national acts such as Rehab, Chevelle, Hed(PE), and more. Almost Kings is about to break loose, and when it does, the four are prepared to give everything to maintain the AK mission and give YOU, the people, something fresh and new.

Lazyeye

“We strive to create music that is limitless and inspirational” Just the facts… Formed nine years ago by childhood friends, LAZYEYE has survived and thrived despite college hiatus and personnel changes. Currently LAZYEYE is: Chris Giessen (bass), Jacob Heaven (lead guitar), Paul-Devon Lewow (vocals), Justin Aldrich (guitar/ backing vocals and Evan Bruneau (drums). LAZYEYE recorded a rock remix of LUDACRIS’ single “Get Back” and performed it with him on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and on the Spike TV Video Game Awards. They also recorded “Blood In The Air” (with Shawn Jay of Field Mob and Small World of NorfClk) for the “Ludacris Presents The DTP Family” CD, which was recently certified gold by the RIAA. Performing only original material, LAZYEYE has appeared at nationally known Atlanta venues such as The TEN HIGH, SMITH’s OLDE BAR, VINYL, The MASQUERADE, HARD ROCK’s VELVET UNDERGROUND, The 40 WATT CLUB (Athens,GA) and some very special acoustic sets at EDDIE’s ATTIC. The band has worked diligently to develop a large (& ever growing) fan base, which now refers to itself as “The LAZYEYE Nation”.
